The Manor House is located in Claverdon.

This is a beautiful village just eight miles from both Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon and with views over the Cotswolds.

The village has some of the best gastro restaurants in the centre of England with the award winning Rose and Crown in Warwick, and The Crabmill, Red Lion and Durham Ox all within 2 minutes by car. Stratford Upon Avon with its Shakesperian history and wonderful theatre is 10 minutes away and warwick with arguably the best castle in the UK is similarly close by. Slightly further afield are the Cotswolds and if you fancy a lively evening the centre of Birmingham is 30 minutes away.

The house itself is set in 6 acres, consisting of a large private 2 acre garden and fields where thoroughbred horses graze.

Adjacent to the house are magnificent 16 century barns and in the courtyard buildings which house a well appointed Gym and a seperate childrens playroom.

This is ideal if you enjoy Playstation2, Scalextric or karaoke, or if you just want the kids to enjoy themselves apart from the adults. The garden area includes a marvellous Beach House outdoor dining area. This is ideal for entertaining in the Summer.

There is also a Summer House adjacent to the tennis court and an outdoor jacuzzi adjacent tot he main house. These gardens are wonderful for you to enjoy those lazy summer days but are large enough to have familly games of badminton, cricket or football.

Inside the house the thing that impresses is the combination of the traditional and the new. Parts of the house date from the 17th century so on occasion you need to be careful not to bang your head!

The centre of the house is the luxury kitchen. This is extremely well appointed with an Aga as well as a seperate cooker and all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need.

Attached is a breakfast room consisting of a large French oak table with seating for 8. The entertainment or family room is the ideal place to chill out in the house with a B&O television and wifi access. This leads to the dining room.

The centre piece of this room is the large round oak table with seating for ten and an Inglenook fireplace to create a supremely relaxed but formal dining area.

The conservatory sits on the edge of the house overlooking the garden and with its South facing aspect is ideal for reading and relaxing. Attached to the conservatory is the lounge.

This consists of three beautiful sofas, a B&O TV and CD/radio system and a stunning fireplace. This room is ideal for the end of evening sharing of your days experience in the most comfortable of surroundings.

Upstairs every room is spacious and well appointed. The main suite sits in its own wing and consists of a large master bedroom with a super Kingsize bed with Tempur mattress and a B&O TV and iHome system for youriPod.

Attached is the en-suite with a Sottini Calvari rain shower bath which is stunning to use. In the main part of the house there is the main guest bedroom. This large room comes with a kingsize bed, fantastic views towards the Cotswolds and a seperate futon.

The second main guest room consists of a double bed and an attached room with a bunk bed and is therefore ideal for a familly unit.

The so-called Prince's room is a boys bedroom consisting of a bunk bed with desk below, large play area and wifi access. The Princess' bedroom is ideal for a young girl, being decorated in pink with a lovely desk and play area.
